1 Tablespoon citric acit (sold in the spice or canning section of the grocery store)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
1/2 taaspoon dry mustard
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in glass jar or plastic container that has a tight lid. Shake to mix. Use immediately or store in cool, dark place for up to two months.
