Brown the burger with the onion, mushrooms and peppers; drain fat. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Beat the eggs in a small bowl; beat in the mayo until smooth. Stir in the cream; season with salt and pepper. Mix the meat and cheesse in a greased 9-10 inch glass pie plate. Pour the custard mixture over the top.
Bake 350 for 30=35 minutes until done in the center.
