Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Scrub potatoes and pat dry. Pierce skins with fork. Place potatoes directly on rack. Bake 50-60mins. Cut lengthwise, scoop out potato leaving 1/4in thick shells. Mash potato flesh in a bowl. Add sour cream, milk, butter and spice. Spoon mix into potato shells. Place into baking dish. Bake 20mins or until lightly browned.
