Heat the tagine with some olive oil and soften the onion and garlic.

|
Toss the chicken in cumin, coriander, white pepper and cinnamon powder. Season.
|
|
|
Add olives and tomatoes to the onion and place the chicken on top. Add water until just covering the onion.
|
|
|
Cover the tagine. Put on low fire. After 15 minutes mix all the contents together and cover again. Leave to cook for 30 minutes.
