|
In a medium bowl combine Flour, Sugar and Salt.Mix in shortning with a pastry blender or fork then set aside.

In a seperate bowl combine Water, Egg and Vinegar. Then add to dry ingredients.
|
|
|
Divide into 4 equal parts. freeze the parts not needed at this point.
Knead until forms a soft ball then roll out into desired shape.
