place salmon (skin side down) in a pan. pour lemon juice (from 1/2 lemon) and white wine over the salmon. marinade for 15 minutes.
remove salmon from marinade and place on broiling pan. cover salmon with pesto (thick layer-about 1/8 of an inch). broil for 10-20 minutes (until fish is cooked).
remove from broiler. squeeze additional lemon juice over salmon and serve.
