raw almond slivers

cherry tomatos, halved

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Whisk together olive oil and lemon juice.

Coat asparagus with olive oil and lemon mixture. Bake or grill 10-15 minutes.

Spread spinach on plates. Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top. Use remaining olive oil and lemon juice as dressing if desired.
