Mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper well. Shape into 6 patties. Heat a little oil in a large non-stick skillet. Brown the patties over medium heat, turning once to brown the other side. Drain the fat. Combine the tomato sauce and Italian seasoning; pour over the patties. Cover the skillet and simmer on low heat 15 minutes, until the meat is cooked through. Top each with a slice of mozzarella; cover the pan and heat until the cheese is melted.
