Beat egg white and water in mixer bowl until frothy. Add pecans and stir to coat well.

Mix together the sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl; add pecans to this mixture.
|
|
|
Spread on buttered 10x15 inch pan. Bake at 225 degrees for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
|
|
|
Cool and store in airtight container.
