PREHEAT broiler. Cut bread into 24 slices and ham slices crosswise in half. SPREAD bread evenly with horseradish sauce. Top each with 1 ham piece and 2 criss-crossed process cheese strips. Place on rack of broiler pan. BROIL, 4 to 6 inches from heat, 2 minutes or until process cheese is melted and edges of bread are lightly toasted.
