3/4 lbs lower-sodium deli roast turkey breast, cut into 1/2 inch dice
3/4 cup seedless green grapes, halved
1 celery stalk, diced
3 tablespoons minced red onion
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
4 whole-wheat tortillas
4 large bibb lettuce leaves
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, mayo, lime juice, curry powder, ginger, and salt and pepper to taste. Add the turkey, grapes, celery, onion, and parsley and stir to combine.
Line the tortillas with the lettuce leaves and spoon about 1 cup turkey salad onto center of each.
