1 cup onions chopped (1/4 cup minced dry onions)

1 cup chopped green pepper

28 oz can tomatores

8 oz can tomato sauce

1/8 tsp cayenne red pepper

15 oz can kidney beans, drained

Instructions |
|
|
Cook beef, onion, green pepper in a large pan until meat is done and onion is tender. Add remaining except kidney beans. Heat to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 2 hours or cook uncovered for 45 minutes.
