Place tilapia on sheet of plastic wrap, dust both sides lightly with seasoned flour. Heat large skillet over medium high heat. Add 1 T each butter and oil. Tilt skillet to blend. Cook fish in skillet in 2 batches. 2 to 2 1/2 minutes per sideor until done, add remaining butter and oil to skillet between batches. Set fish aside and keep warm.
