For the salmon, mix the oils together and brush the salmon all over. Press the sesame seeds onto the flesh side and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden-brown all over and cooked through.
For the noodles, heat the oils in a wok and stir-fry the cooked noodles for 3-4 minutes. or just eat boiled.
