2 1/2 cup, seasoned croutons
|
|
1lb sausage (ex- Jimmy Dean- Hot)
|
|
4 eggs
|
|
2 1/2 cup milk
|
|
1 can, cream of mushroom soup
|
|
1 (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
|
|
1 (4 oz) can mushrooms, drained and chopped
|
|
1 cup (4 oz) shredded Monteray Jack cheese
|
|
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
spread croutons on bottom of greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
Crumble sausage into skilled and cook until browned.

Whisk eggs and milk in large bowl. Stir in soup, spinach,
mushrooms, cheese, and mustard.

|
|
Pour mixture over sausage and croutons.
|
|
|
Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 for 50-55 minutes or until set
and lightly browned on top
