Preheat oven to 180 C. Grease a 6-8 cup bundt pan with melted butter and then dust with flour.

Put sugar and oil in a bowl and beat until well combined. Add eggs and vanilla, then beat until mixture is thick and pale yellow. Put buttermilk, bicarb soda and vinegar in a jug and mix until well combined.

Sift flours and cocoa in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre, then add buttermilk mixture, egg mixture and walnuts, and then stir to combine.

Spoon mixture into pan and smooth surface. Bake for 1 hour or until cooked. Stand pan on wire rack for 10 mins before turning out.
Choc glaze
Put all ingredients in a pan over low heat. Cook stirring for 3-4 mins until sugar dissolved. Simmer for 5 mins until thickened. Set aside to cool.
