Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray Pam over an 11x7 cookie sheet with edges.
Line the bottom of the pan with Saltine crackers,
cutting them to fit if necessary.

Melt two sticks butter and 1 cup sugar in a
saucepan, bringing to a boil, stirring continuously
for 3 minutes. Pour this mixture over the crackers,
smoothing the mixture over the surface of each of
the crackers.

Put the pan of crackers, butter, and sugar into the
preheated oven to bake from 5 to 7 minutes.

|
|
Spread one package of each- Semi-sweet chocolate
chips and peanut butter chips over the mixture
until spread evenly over the entire surface and
one blended color.
Refrigerate for about 1 ½ hours.
