1-1/2 tbsp olive oil
|
|
3 cloves garlic, minced
|
|
6 anchovy fillets, minced
|
|
28 oz can plum tomatoes
|
|
3.8 oz can sliced black olives, drained
|
|
1/4 cup capers
|
|
8 oz package spaghetti, cooked
|
|
Grated Parmesan cheese
|
|
Fresh chopped parsley
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Heat oil in a large heavy skillet over medium heat;
add garlic and anchovy fillets.
|
|
|
Saute until anchovies are almost dissolved; add
tomatoes with juice, olives and capers.
|
|
|
Cook for 5 minutes.
|
|
|
Toss sauce over cooked spaghetti; mix well. Sprinkle
with cheese and parsley.
