Put marshmallows, butter, chocolate and hot water
in a saucepan and melt over a very gentle heat.
Stir every now and again. Remove from the heat and
cool slightly.
Whip the cream and vanilla. Fold into the cooling
chocolate mixture until it is smooth.
Pour into ramekins or glasses and chill. Serve well
chilled.
