Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine first 3 ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.

Mix thoroughly and shape into 1.5 in. balls. Arrange meatballs in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.

In a separate pan, mix chili sauce and jelly and heat to boiling. Add to meatballs after meatballs are done.
