Ingredients
5 lb hamburger
1 c apple sauce
1 c crumbled ritz crackers
2 T worchestershire sauce
5 t accent (meat tenderizer)
2 t tabasco sauce
1 package lipton dry onion soup mix
1/2 t garlic powder
salt to taste
 
Instructions
Mix well and form patties. Cook to your preference.
